I appreciate your sevice people at Cortese and the way they have treated my daughter. She is a college student in Rochester and supoorts herself. Its nice to know there is someone in a big city like Rochester that is not out to rip off every college student that comes along.

This morning I brought in my Saturn Vue for an oil change. It was my first time at Cortese Mitsubishi and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had at an automotive shop. Everyone I came in contact with there was wonderful. Everyone was smiling and polite and they took great care of me and my car. I’’ve never had a car wash with an oil change before - that was a neat surprise. The shuttle service - so wonderful and right on time.I can’’t say enough good things about my experience. I am so thrilled to have found your service group and I will continue to do business with Cortese Mitsubishi. I also know now where I am going when it’’s time to purchase a new car!
